Sign me up on payday. Im currently waiting on getting my new soundcard and headset plus getting my spare 15tft back so i can dual screen again thus sidestepping the no widescreen support in beef problem im having.

Whats wrong with sniper whoring? Fair enough i do alot of lonewolfing when im playing on my own but ive aslo played as a squad sniper before in a team at a lan at home. And they all said thanks for the continual support through the matches. Fair enough its annoying when your on a public server and you get pinged from nowhere but in a squad through teamspeak its an invaluable tool.

Nothing wrong with sniping, it's just the easiest way to piss people off. There's a reason snipers generally never get treated like regular POW's :)

The only time snipers piss me off is when they're squad leaders. Oh how wonderful, an extra spawn point out in the middle of no where, and lets not forget when they ask for supplies because they used all their claymores. Yes commander, resupply that guy instead of the twenty people capturing a flag

i'm often guilty of that.

however, i'm usually reasonably sensible position (hotel on sharqi for example.) and squadded with another sniper, between us pretty much holding whatever point alone. :)

and i'll target supplies on the road, where they won't get in the way of anyone's work. :)

when the game first came out and i had no net connection i used to play as spec horses offline, but as soon as i unlocked the Barret online ive been a sniper ever since, ill still use the other kits if need be tho. I love the new L96 rifle it sounds awesome and is the perfect 1 hit kill weapon (i only aim for the head)

Hurrah! Another convert!

I shall be getting interwebnetness installed at my house again tmrw morning (I hope) and so can start Beefing again!

No late late nights for me any more, due to sharing with the missus, or if I do it would be without TS, but early/mid evening is still good.

Apologies for having to bail out the other night... family crisis mid game meant i had to abandon what was fast becoming mighty good fun... looking forward to the next one, and I shall make sure I am prepared by stapling the kids to the wall to keep them out of mischief. :)

This ^

It's amazing how much better we are when we work as a squad, even if it's just having a common objective. Enjoyed tonight a lot.

I'm finding it hard to play alone now, too frustrating most of the time. Proper squad action makes all the difference.

Playing alone's not too bad I've found if you don't really care about winning or earning decent points. I've happily played rounds as AT or sniper on my own, enjoying blatting tanks or missing headshots, but it's never as good as our co-ordinated attacks.

Im sorry but the game tonight was simply put : FUCKING FANTASTIC

Ive only ever played with 3 or 4 people at the most but to play as a massive unit of people all talking through ts was brilliant. The organisation was typically 5punk'd and there was far to much mention of 'soggy biscuits' and the like but as a whole we were unstoppable in our assault of the non 5punkers on the opposite team. and the many best squads and top 13 players proved it. I look forward to many many more games like it.

:) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

What MC said :above:

I actually prefer it when we've got a bit of direction. I get my random silliness kick from COD, and so it's nice to get a decent co-ordinated squad together and do some pwnage (mainly because it's the only chance I get!).

I enjoy playing beef because when we're good, we're very very good, but when we are bad we are funny. Alongside pwning the entire server, I love getting into arguments with gunslinger against someone with terrible spelling and grammar. 'Tis most amusing.

Can't see Berk's pics since my work's felcher blocks out Flickr, but I hope to beat whatever is on them tonight!
