try from another PC in the house.

if it works check your hosts file and suchlike, it doesn't sound like they've blocked you, it sounds more like you've blocked them

http://fat-pie.com - Burnt face man, Salad Fingers, fat pie episodes, and of course, Devvo (who will be on e4 sometime in the next month if it doesn't keep getting delayed) all equal to huge amounts of win.

http://weebls-stuff.com - Weebl and Bob, and Weebls Pap :likesitall:

http://www.ctrlaltdel-online.com/ - Although I haven't been on there since January...

Mine have already been mentioned: Concerned and Penny Arcade.

I forgot about Strongbad. Hmm, still seems to be funny.

I don't regularly visit any online comics, but I usually visit these ones once a month and read aaall the new things

Cyanide & Happiness
http://www.explosm.net/

Concerned
http://www.hlcomic.com/

Perry Bible Fellowship (even though technically it isn't a web comic, but since new ones are added on a semi regular basis I might as well include it)

<a href="http://www.penny-arcade.com/view.php">Penny Arcade</a>
