also, I think the 5punknets need to be cleaned up as there a lot of people in 5punknets 1 and 2 that are in both and/or never use it. I say whoever created them dump everyone from the networks and start over.

Would it not make sense, rather than trashing it entirely, to just weed out the inactive accounts?

exactly. the people who are going to use it can join the network again, and those who are inactive won't be around to mess it up.
