I appear to have missed this thread the first time
I'd say STALKER, assuming they can pull it off. Spore has me exited, but I'm not usually into managementy stuff so STALKER is the safer option for me. Same goes for Supreme Commander.
I'm also quite looking forward to playing HL2:E1, when I can download it (rather than getting a message saying the server is busy).
