Not a complete list (i got bored of making screenshots), but fairly complete.
The main ones I use first, I think...
The Refridgerator
lvl 24 Magic Corruptor, with Cold powers.
This is my main, and ironically, has less of a backstory than the others. He's..uh...a magician....I guess. With an ice fetish. I dunno.
Hes a crazy oriental guy, very lanky, likes flying about the place throwing pointy snowballs at people. Has HEUG hair.

Energator
ANGRY FAST MIDGET IN A PURPLE SUIT!

oh. ok. Hes a Dominator, lvl...er...15ish, and hes all about teh energies. Has a generally....hyperactive theme going on, with superspeed and haste and so on.
Roy
Roy is a tech mastermind, lvl...ahhh, 15ish. Has little robot friends that follow him about the place, named (iirc) Rob and Reg.
Dapper Zombie
This fella has a proper backstory, thanks to prodding from teh Grimmie.
In life, he was a posh aristocratic type fella. Then he died. Waking into unlife as a zombie, he wandered about the place looking for spicy brain meats (as zombies tend to). Feasting on the greystuff of a passing powerfull magician, the Magical Hat of Wonder™ fell onto his head. The amazing powers of this hat gave him back the intelligence (such as it was) that he had in life. Due to his ability to construct whole sentences, other less intelligent zombies look up to him and have even been known to do what he tells then. Sometimes.
He does get a little put out by their tendancy to up-chuck on people as a form of attack, though.
Now, for the lesser played villains:
Albert SPOON
The mystical man with the capitalised second name, throws MAGICS at people. I think. To be honest, I only created him to see what dominators are like. Dominators are WIN. Poor old Albert is a WEE BIT SHITE.
BrownBear
Trained by Monkeys in order to free them from a horrible existence in a travelling circus, Brown Bear is a big thing that hits people. Hard. Since the monkeys have long left him in order to further their careers in scriptwriting, the Brown Bear wanders the Isles, hitting people. Hard.
He dreams of one day becoming a real boy.
Evil Joose
The first character I created when getting City of Villains, kept purely for sentimental reasons. Nice hat though.
Inflaminator
The refridgerators lesser known brother. Bet you cant guess his power-theme.
Portion
Made of bits of metal, shes a stalker type lady. Ok, so I just wondered what the costume would look like. Apart from the face, I kinda like it.
