There has been a new release of AA (well heard WEY)

a lovely patch can be found here:

2.2.1 changeog:

increased accuracy during non-hostile fire instances.
tweaked national paranoia up a little
added urinate function
added Abu Ghraib level

I really wanna give the new version a run, but punkbuster doesn't seem to want to update itself when in game, or by running the pbweb.exe manually.

It's been like this for some time now, do you think I need to reinstall AA rather than just patching?

hmmmm, I had this problem too! Also has it removed all the training that you've done? Even if i sign into my jacket it still tells me i've not done some of the training :x

I've had nasty problems with windows, so a re-install was required.

Now I've done this, I downloaded the full 2.3, and punkbuster updates fine, and it now remembers who I am and what training I have done :D

I am most pleased by this

How's everybody else getting along?

Still haven't got round to doing a full reinstall yet.
I haven't seen any 5punkers playing for a while though.

I'll give it a go as soon as I remember
