I need a new headset

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

I need a new headset

Post by Hehulk »

I'm just doing some last might internet shoping for some headphones for the LAN next week, and I've not got a clue what brands and models I should be looking at. Someone mind pointing me in the right direction?

I wub my Medusas - they're big and comfy and have three speakers in each can for 5.1 surround (that I've never managed to get working). Not cheap though, and only you guys could tell me how good the mic is.

£15 - £25, ish. Give me a good reason to spend more and I probably would, but I'm trying to be cheap here to save more for next weekend.

i think jinxx uses one, they're a damn good headset and they fall nicely between performance and money. (and are cheap enough to not have a nice mic*)

*Nice microphones are shit for computers

I got some from Jinxx's recomendation, and spent about a week after getting them making little sex-noises every time i listened to music through them.
