Sensible Soccer 2006

Post by Woo Elephant Yeah »

Hoorah a football game I actually enjoy is coming out.

I'm not into football games as such (as they are repetitive, and utterly boring unless you're a footie fan), but the original to this was excellent

The goalies seem to be a bit crap in that clip.

heh, I can remember having sensible soccer 2 as a kid; it caused me great amounts of fun, but I was only small, so even balls of string caused me entertainment (I am not a cat AICMFP)

I had Sensi-soccer as well. On my amiga. It kicked ass! And this from someone practically militant in his hatred of the silly bladder kicking "game"

THIS :above:

The only football game I've ever played for more than a few minutes and enjoyed.

I'm quite a big fan/follower of football, and i to have got bored of every football game i've played after a few hours or so.

This might be worth a purchase mind after what you've said about it :aww:

If you're a big fan who likes to take football seriously, this is NOT the game for you (If its anything like previous senisble soccer, which I'm thinking it is from that footage). You'd be better off with some official game, like Pro evo (There must be the 6th one coming out soonish?). This is much more of a good laugh of a game for mucking around on, this could be VERY fun with multiplayer.

One of the very few cartridge-based games for the C64.

nah, you want microprose soccer, purely for the vision of a defender sailing off the pitch in a flatspin after a sliding tackle
