Personally, I dislike the SCAR every time I'ved used it. I think the MP-7 adds utility to the Engineer class. The MG36 is nice, the burst fire is good. The P90 is about the same as the MP-7 + 10 rounds, but since it's just an upgraded SMG it isn't as important. If you ask me, I'd say get the MG36 and MP-7.

Your thinking is sound.

I use the SCAR a lot, I prefer the sight picture to the one on the G36C. The red dot scope gives a better field of view when you are looking through the sights IMO. That said, it's not a great deal more accurate, so it depends on your own preference.

The MG36 is jolly handy; streets ahead of the standard support weapons, yet much more useable than the Soviet Hand Cannon (PKM) for general 'running about killing stuff' type play.

The other two I haven't used; though I would expect having an option other than shotty for AT and Engi would add great utility to the classes. I had intended to get the P90 but in a drunken night of gaming I unlocked the F2000 which I never use due to my never playing as assault :/

The SCAR-L is less accurate than the G36C. The only benefits to it are the scope and the 2 more damage.

also, i went for the scar and the mg36.

the former because it's gotta be better than the mp7 or the p90.

the latter because i like the feel of it.

You did well to avoide the MP7

i have it. It seems like a pistol but cant do long range ( i find)
also well done for moving up in the ranks

Good choices. I quite like the scar but I never used the previous spec ops rifle much so can't really compare. The scars seems got for close and distant pwnage. I can't speak for the mg36 as I don't have it but considering the alternatives it must be a good choice.

I really enjoyed all those weapons you were debating besides the MG36, as I never played support. I may have picked the kit up once or twice, but I don't remember what my reaction was. more than likely it was death.
