That was in Edge this month, looks interesting.
I just had a quick go of
Daxter and it's rather good.

Where did you download the demo?
I keep getting links to the japanese site, and the only thing I can download is the wallpaper

Code: Select all
you will need to have firmware 2.70 installed. it means that currently you will not be able to play any homebrew
If having no SNES emulator means I can't play the demo then i'll have to wait for the full game (or reports from you lot about how good it really is
)

I've got the demo on my PSP (2.7) and it rocks hard! (not to mention left and right a lot)
I managed to not feel sea sick, and jumping on a big pink phalus, shooting off the top of it, and then being sucked by an oddshaped aardvark thing pretty much sums up the game.
Absolutely mental, great fun, and one of the best original games I ahve played.
The little yellow things all chat to eahc other and sing along to the music in time too which is ridiculously cute, yet suprisingly not annoying.
It's also a beautiful looking game and makes the best use of the PSP's silky smooth screen in a way that no other game on the PSP has done so far.
I might review it when I buy this game later on in the year.

Does 2.7 work on UK PSPs, since it says "FIRMWARE 2.7 FOR US AN JAPAAAAN"
