Lanarchy Ranked BF2 Server - Karkand, Sharqi & Mashtuur

Do you guys have your own ranked BF2 server? I don't want to step on any toes, but we're looking to try and build popularity of our server, so I'm spreading the word

As the thread title suggests, this 32 man server plays only Strike at Karkand and Sharqi Peninsula, the two fastest maps, and generally the two favourite maps. It is of course based in the UK, I usually ping around 16-20 on it.

I'm also looking for admins, for anyone that fancies it. I ask for just £2 a month to help pay for this damn expensive thing

and then it can be admin'd using BF2CC.

The thing we're finding hardest at the moment is getting it started. When we get 8 or 9 people on, it then fills up real quick... but its getting 8 or 9 on thats tricky. I have a fair few of you guys on Xfire, if you see us on BF2 with 5 or 6 people, and you can spare 10 or 15 mins to try help fill us up, it would be appreciated

Anyway, hopefully see some of you on there

Not actually got a whole lot of gaming time this month, since I'm away for pretty much 3 weeks from wed, and moving house after that, but once our new place has a connection I'll be there fo'sure

Woo to this! I just wish I had more BEEF time. To explain (here's as good a place as any), BEEF's a bit shallow without TS, and as some of you may have noticed I'm not allowed to play with TS very often. Hence lack of BEEFage. I'll add the server to my favourites though for when I can play

Can't believe I let you knife me

I stood watching as you ran up... thinking you were on my team. The shame of it.

Took a little while to get enough people on for the match to start, but since then its been between 20 and 32 people the last couple of hours

narf, at only £2, it would be better to pay in 3 month blocks if possible

Are you interested in it? You also get a reserved slot... if they work... not really tested it yet.

yup, i was gonna ask about mashtuur, but then it was there, so i didn't

only thing i've noticed is ocassional bits of stuttery lag for a few seconds.

Badge collecting became my sole purpose in the game for about a week or so, but I'm approaching the limits of what is feasible for collection now. Just a couple more to go
