5punkorp Need YOU

Post by Hehulk »

For hauling duty.

We've got 50,000 hafnium at the POS, along with growing ferrofluid piles and about 35 million units of various minerals. Now, much as we love hauling me and friz just can't shift all this to marge alone. Once we've had that freightered up to empire we're gona need a hand getting the haf moved for sale and getting all the POS fuel down to our freighter pick-up point.

So..urm.help?

free time is slightly (!) up in the air for me atm, but I should hopefully be able to do some, some evenings /nights. (although it'll take me a while first time to get to the POS as I can only JC to Khank atm but i'll be in Sneaky Bastard so shouldnt be an issue). Otherwise I can JC down to Khank and start tearing the crap out of some ice 'roids OR I can stay up North, rip some Crokite rocks apart and donate chunks of the profits to the corp

[edit] looks like I should be on for some tomorrow late evening (although pub before so who knows how useful/ excitable i'll be (thinks back to the last time he was a bit drunk and got his first kill, screaming into the mic at about 2:30 am) :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited: :excited:

I'm gonna be AFK for about 10 days. Off to Spain on Thursday and Bubble won't let me instal EVE on "her" laptop

anyhoo, If I can get any game time before then, I'll try to run some across to Marge / scout for someone with a bigger belly.

:(

I'm not even going to bother asking the missus if that kind of situation occurs, as she doesn't really see the appeal of Eve, and also her laptop is somewhat unreliable, so if it crashes, I know exactally what would get blamed first (and who!) even though the laptop itself is notoriously shite!

What is it about wives hating Eve? It's like they feel there's competition or something. I mean, Eve doesn't get jealous of Mrs Pants.

They just don't understand

load of ice given to me by Silver last night is now refined and on escrow to the corp in Maspah (just in case anyone can shift it during the day) I would have done it last night but I was too knackered and couldnt face going to Khank to get my hauler, to go back to Maspah, and back again!

See you tonight!

[edit] yay! 1000 Hours! (Although if i'd installed xFire at the last place I worked I probably would be challenging Hehulk!)

[edit mk2] And may I propose that once we are done hauling shitloads of stuff back and forth, we celebrate by battering the fuck out of Chongus?

I'm planning to run the 'new toy' up to Jita with a load of Haf, return with a load of Oxygen and other essential POS fuels, and then run down to the POS in the 'old toy'. Will be on 'soon-ish' (tm).

Shmedit: if someone could be so kind as to fire me the latest fuel states at the POS and in KDF, I'll use the magic spreadsheet of doooom and work out what we can afford to buy.

My computer froze and then died after i got back to the pos from chasing chongus on sunday. I spent sunday night and most of monday attempting to fix it but ended up reinstalling windows so i'm downloading eve again right now and should be online in time to help with the hauling/killing.

swift update on the fuel situation:

WIN!

(otherwise translating to having just under a weeks worth of fuel in the tower, with a mild case of overkill on the Oxygen and robotics)

Hehulk pointed out he could get Silver to scout instead of me, so I jumped in my hauler so we got more down than we were expecting to :)

in sad news, I spazzed out and went down the wrong pipe (?!) in Sneaky Bastard, warped to a gate, stopped slap-bang in the middle of a warp bubble, right next to the emitter, cloak disappeared, quickly followed by my ship and pod  so my other build plans are on hold while I save up to replace the ship and cloak! (which thankfully got blown up too as I dont want the camping bastards getting their hands on it) although im well on the way thanks to donations from Fea and Hehulk (who shall be repaid once im able to) so if you can keep an eye out for reasonably priced Cov-Ops cloaks and give me a shout if you see one! (Current going price is 38m I think)

Also, with the tower re-fueled to an acceptable level, the concern about it going down is no longer an assie. However, we do still have something in the region of 30K hafnium, 2K ferrofluids and all that trit still there. Quite like to get some more of that shifted today :)

Been parading in Winchester all day so pretty fecked at the mo, and got a sorta function thing on tonight but otherwise might be able to get some haulage done.

Keep Fea in the loop cos he's organising a loan of fuel off DNGD (Ordule) from their stocks in KDF, to be replaced by our Khank stocks on the next freighter run. We then need all our sellables at KDF to get freightered back to empire.

Little update: We've removed all the ferrofluids, half the tritanium, and most of the hafnium. We're getting there chaps :boogie:
