If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

quicktime movies and sound synch

Post by Joose »

My quicktime appears to be fuxxored.

After watching nickfaces most entertaining video, I noticed the sound got increasingly out of synch the longer I watched. If I jump to a point in the video, the sound resynchs, just to slowly go out again. Further research suggests its happening with most, but not necassarily all quicktime movies.

Suggestions?

Quick fix: Buy a Mac.

Well, in theory it should work. Not likely though.

Are you viewing in Firefox, Internet Explorer, or off your hard drive? if nothing works, try VLC.

I hate the fact that you now HAVE to install iTunes/iLose even with just the media player and it's 30mb in size.
