Oh and one other thing, would you be willing to join our training corp, Fw4ppers, for the first few weeks while you learn the ropes? It is not comulsory by any means and you are more than welcome to come straight to 5punkorp. But you might find it easier to play there and avoid the war targets and stuff until you are happier with everything.
Sure! I'd like to have at least basic skillz0rz before I go into PvP, and I'll probably be mostly bumming around n00b space until then. Where do I need to go to sign up?

As for signing up to the Fw4ppers.. Khank has an office there, same place as the 5punkorp main base.
Just saw my xfire stats, and actually I seem to be doing less eve and more work these days... Maybe I will create that new character after all... Anyone got a spare lcd screen?
Tsk, tsk...I really must get with with the times! The Fw4ppers office was in Tanoo since Khank was out of space. But it's only 3 jumps away so you can hang out down our way easily enough.
So, make your merry way to Khank and sign up. Dres runs our training corp so he'll be the one to sign you up. He actually pretty sorted, for an American

Not all Americans get all huffy you know! But, um, to get you with the times Friz, our headquarters was in Khank, even though they wouldn't rent us an office, and an office did open up there just yesterday I believe, so I rented it! Tanoo is where the majority of my loot still resides though, I made one haul up last night, but mainly moved minerals to build the Brutix that I can now pilot. Let me know when Friz or Mano is in in Khanks sometime, and I'll trade them over to you. A question for you though Friz, can I anchor a secure container outside Khank for 5punkers to drop donations of loot to Fw4ppers in? Haven't seen any stations with containers outside as of yet, so wondering if it's possible.

Actually this hilights rather an interesting game dynamic. I guess that at the time Dres habitually does his recruiting, there are significantly larger numbers of players from the US logged on. Still, to coin an American phrase, the internationalization of 5punkorp can only work in our favour in the long run.
But fuck it...
