BUYER BEWARE

Apparrantly, EA has decided to make Multiplayer complete shit. The rumor mill is that even Red Alert 2 cannot play multiplayer! WTF is this kind of bullshit?

Also, there are accusations that EA has removed some cutscenes from the games.

WTF EA? WHAT DID YOU GUYS DO?

While this is 100% correct, I was more wondering how did they manage to make a compiliation that removed functionality from working games and didn't fix non-working ones.

Okay, um, I got a copy of this. The bonus dvd that came with it is great, but I haven't been on a computer I can install anything on yet. It seems worth it for the shinyness.

I got this today.

I was saddened to discover that it expects you to have that Westwood Chat crap from back in the RA1 days in order to play RA1 online :(

Other than that, I played a bit of RA1, and some of Generals and some of ZH, and I wasn't dissapointed. I'm actually glad to own legit copies of all of these C&C games.

It's a bit annoying to hear there're cut scenes missing, but as Nickface said, it's nice to have all the games with all the expansions in one place. And you don't need to mess about to get them running. Running them networked sounds a bit fiddly, but not too bad.
