Imo the current generation of consoles are already at this point, an integrated and swift method of spending your money, faster in many cases than pc based online purchasing.

They still come on DVDs though don't they? Or can you download them like on the PC now? I know the new(ish) PSP thing is download only, and obviously tablets/phones are.

Yep, a lot of xbox games can be bought entirely digitally. Its essentially like Steam for the xbox, only they don't have half as many sales. Its not quite at the point where things are launched on there simultaneously with the disc release I don't think, but its getting closer all the time.

I used to have a blog... until I noticed that only one person read it. Depressing!

I adjusted and reposted my post on last night's GW2 dungeon, with pictures. Worth it for the picture of Glibberpig.

Hello!

I did some more fictions, passes are all 6667, and fictions are all Sophie. These jump quite a lot forward from the story bits I've previously posted and I've yet to flesh out the joiney-up bits which tie them together. I suppose they could be considered spoilers, but since even I don't know how it all ends (although I have some ideas) I think they're entertaining enough scenes to put out there - I do so like picking juicy scenes and writing the hell out them and hoping the whole somehow comes together afterwards.

I'd super-like any comments on this, I've had this buzzing around my head for over two years now, but haven't put much down in textual format. I was utterly delighted when Pants compared the Aunt Clara piece to Roald Dahl whose work I hold most dear but have never tried to consciously emulate, nor will ever - the man was genius.

The general theme I'm leaning towards is that proximity to evil kind of bleeds into you, no matter how good your intentions, but I'm worried that's a bit too similar to Death Note so I want to make it a more personal almost quasi/proto love story where Sophie appears more pretty in daylight as Tom's soul becomes more ugly.
