How to do a screen shot:
Press Ctrl-Tab, and all the windows will disappear. Then move the image round to where you want it using the mouse, and press 'Print Screen' (usually to the right of the F12 key).
Then press Ctrl-F9 to bring the windows back. Then nip into your image manipulator of choice, Photoshop, PSP, whatever, and do a Ctrl-V to paste it in. Then save. Sorted!
As for the POS one, no. Try making a bookmark on the tower, that'll put you inside the bubble whenever you warp to it.
