It's as yet unnamed and the only detail about it is what's in the thread title, but a turn-based WH40K game can only be a good thing, surely? A replica of the board game would be brilliant, and I may say a good strategy for a microtransaction model (and I did say). If they do a decent remake of Final Liberation I'd be fairly happy though. Started to post in Mikkyo's re-werd, then noticed you'd lready tangent blocked.
The turn-based mech-commander is great, but really broken.
If these guys can deliver a 40k version of that (but unbroken obviously) with army lists and points to spend etc I will spaff. I may even waste my money buying models of my army heroes and even more money on the paint to diorama the fuck out of them.

I just hope with GW being free-er with the licences we get a proper Necromunda type game out.

I'm interested to see how faithful a 40k turn based game would be to the tabletop, mostly because I am building a blood angels army for myself (though I have only the missus' dark eldar to play against)
Re: Warhammer 40K Turn-Based
It is one of the specialist games, as it happens: Battle for Armageddon. For those who aren't GW nerds, that was a cardboard counter based strategic war game based on a huge Ork invasion of the titular world.

Isn't that the one with Commissar Yarik?
