I don't feel like they have tried hard enough with this game. I remember playing the first one and thinking it was solid and very shiny, but what I have seen and played of 2 and 3 they are no where near as good quality.

I got half way through Crysis 2 and then got bored of shooting aliens. It wasn't a bad game by any means, and I enjoyed much of it, but when I stopped planning tactical attacks on soldiers and started just pumping ammo into aliens it got tired quickly.

Number 2 didn't grab me. I enjoyed it, but it was a bit of a throw away title. It was very well made however, just nothing really exciting plot or mechanic wise.

In light of that and the videos I've seen, I'll probably pick this up in 6 to 12 months on budget.

While I love a good shooter I found the suit gameplay mechanic too awkward and it got in the way. And that's just from my experience of the first game, no interest in the sequels.

The suit in the original was too gimmicky, having to use X feature at Y was a bit too forced. In 2 it was more have toy, kill shit. GO!
