5punk Award (Om)Nominations - Vampire of the Year
Post here to suggest entries for the 5punky Vampire of the Year. Nominees will be 5punkers who have proven to be available for gaming at all unreasonable hours, shunning such mortal needs as sleep and human contact in order to give Pnut a game of something when he comes home drunk. Votes will be placed in the new year.

I think we might be growing up, there's less vampiring. Pnut seems to be pretty good at playing drunken games with himself!

I'm erring towards the thought that this award should be semi retired, only to be awarded when someone does do a stand out session of Vampiring*, rather than being a set award as most of the forum now has a werk and even responsibilities.HereComesPete wrote:I think we might be growing up, there's less vampiring. That, and there's only a couple of people currently at uni.
*Yes, I made up a word.

Pnut, for being online and up for games almost religiously on Fri-games, and Dogpants for being the only person to stay up late with me to play games, too. Yeah!

I have to admit, when considering nominations for this one I was struck by the fact that I was often one of the last ones on TS. I'm sure I wasn't the last though.

Hmm, reading that does point out to me that when I am Fri-gaming I tend to be one of the last on there, drunken conversations with you and Pnut that I can never remember.Dog Pants wrote:I have to admit, when considering nominations for this one I was struck by the fact that I was often one of the last ones on TS. Bits is always good for some late night shenanigans as well, shame he's on food industry hours or we'd likely see more of him (and hear more of him blowing smoke down the mic).

I've had quite a few late night sessions (fnar fnar) on TS with a few people, mostly I remember Legoshoes, Dogpants, Pete and Grimmie. And sometimes a drunk Pnut.

Votes are up, they close on the 10th. This will be the last year for this award due to none of us really staying up that late any more.
