I don't know what either of those are.

I first read it as eBums and assumed the TMN meant Teenage Mutant Ninja.

That page says some plugin is missing, there's just some text which starts okay, but quickly goes on to lambast someone as a pimply-faced pre-teen. In the editorial style of a pimply-faced pre-teen.

I discovered YTMND (You're The Man Now Dog) a few months back, it's basically lots of pages of pictures with a sound files and they can be very funny. Have a look at some. Here's the wiki. Also fix your browser so you can see the pages properly.
