Minecraft server has fallen over
Ahhhhhh! I might have to....do work or something!
But seriously, who has the keys to this thing?

Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Anery does, apparently.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
and Dog Pants too
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
I do. I'll attempt to reboot it from my phone, but don't hold your breath.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Nope, can't remember my password.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
I hope it wasn't my unattended machinery.

No wonder he forgot, that's a ridiculous passwordspoodie wrote:I hope it wasn't my unattended machinery.

I find it easy to remember because that's what I call my junk.

Sidenote: is it still running technic? I need to learn how to use that shit.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Server restarted. Be aware it appears to expire in 9 days and when I last spoke to him I think Anery wasn't planning on renewing it (due to lack of activity, ironically).
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
It is and it's great. Although it does take some learning, especially if you want to know what all the stuff does.TezzRexx wrote:Sidenote: is it still running technic? I need to learn how to use that shit.
Interest seems to come and go in irregular intervals. I'll probably pick up the hosting again, if Anery doesn't want to continue. It's dead again.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
I tried a reset but the server doesn't seem to be responding according to the control panel. Might be mis-reporting, but if it's still down I might have to do a restore from yesterday. Logs seem to confirm it though, and apparently the backup failed this morning.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Still no joy connecting. I was just going to login and switch off my machine and remove the chunk loaders, in case that was the problem. I've no problem with a restore and when it's done I'll jump on and disable out my shit.

Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Once this expires, can't we just have a server on someone's machine, and/or just switch it on when people want to play it?
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Oh. Says no backups available. Despite it saying there was one successful yesterday morning.
Re: Minecraft server has fallen over
Bumclouds. In that case would it be best to let this one lapse and start a totally fresh one elsewhere? (I know a few of us (myself included) would end up losing some things but it would also mean we have a non-broken nether)
