Nuclear Union.
1C and Best Way (Men of War rts), are making a sort of Stalker/Fallout single player third person RPG with the premise that the Cuban Missile Crisis escalated into full out nuclear war but the Soviets had already hunkered down in bunkers, so survived in good numbers with industry and other tech and also had the best air defenses so that Russia didn't get entirely turned into a nuclear wasteland.
