Interesting link regarding cheat bags in that Payne 3 game, which I am sure you have seen already, but I post it here brazenly anyway.

I quite like the idea they are employing, would like to see it in BF3, all those lemons stuck on the same server would be most humorous.
Cheater isolation.

Ha, awesome, I'd love to see that :D
Re: Cheater isolation.
I agree, I think it's a great idea. It almost makes it a different game I suppose when everyone's cheating. Also reminds me of the Serious Sam anti-piracy that put an indestructible pink scorpion in the game which chased you around until it killed you.

Re: Cheater isolation.
I would say cheaters should just plain be banned from mulitplayer, but it's essentially the same thing.

Re: Cheater isolation.
It would be extra awesome if it could somehow be done invisibly, so the cheaters didn't know that they were surrounded by other cheats.

I suppose they could just give cheaters bullets that fly randomly off course, and do 1% of the usual damage.
Would result in amusing amounts of rage.

Re: Cheater isolation.
The comments on that article highlight how it would need to done invisibly, really. If people knew they were targeted, they'd probably just create a new account, also if cheaters were all crammed into one place with no policing, they'd all just end up as better cheaters, even the ones that were crap cheaters to begin with - like prison, sort of.
I prefer the Serious Sam approach - to basically ruin the game for them (perhaps for a limited time) - rather than accommodate them. Because ruining the game everyone else paid for is what they are doing.
