Does anyone have the kit to do this or know of a decent company that can do it?

I bought my dad something that does it. It's not brilliant (instructions in Engrish and weird software), but I think it did the trick.

Not really looking to buy the kit, only have one tape i need transferring, but thanks Doggers.
