Anyone want a job writing Java?
My company is apparently seeking some Java scripters to work on a defence related program. Clearly they are quite desparate cos they've offer £2k referral fees to employees who find someone who gets hired, so I figured it'd be silly not to ask you lot. So, anyone want a job programming Java? Proceeds to the next bash!

Will they pay relocation from the US?

Anyone want a job doing infosec? We'll be three people down soon and I'm fed up of waiting for our manager to recruit someone so I want to give him some CVs.

If I'd have stayed at Portsmouth and done their MA on Digital Forensics, I'd be jumping at that.Dog Pants wrote:Anyone want a job doing infosec? We'll be three people down soon and I'm fed up of waiting for our manager to recruit someone so I want to give him some CVs.

Oi, this is my get rich quick recruiting thread, get your own!
Raytheon job is in Harlow. Don't think they're too fussed about experience right now, as long as you can programme Java SE (and he listed 3 other specific skills which I can't remember but can follow up if you're remotely interested). It really helps if you are or can be Security Cleared (so Taliban need not apply)
And yes, probably would pay relocation from the states given how desparate they are (or just hire you into Raytheon US and fly you over for the duration)

I was half-joking, but I'd definitely be interested if it's even a remote possibility.friznit wrote:Oi, this is my get rich quick recruiting thread, get your own!

I don't know anything about programming, but I make pretty good coffee.

The thought of Deej working on Raytheon kit is just too good to be true. The lock-on tone for future pilots being "Fire the TV missile!" with a 5punk splash on the HUD
