Netgear FVS124G. Yet to check with a slaptop, though - which is worth doing before I bitch at Virgin.

Richard Branson did send me a personal message saying he was going to up me to 100M, but then the "Virgin Team" said they had made a mistake and didn't mean to send that message. I'll mention it by shouting at him the next time I see him on telly.

ah yeah, theres your problem. or at least one of them - that router only seems to handle Up to 11.5 Mbps WAN-to-LAN. some people report even less depending on config.
time to replace that i expect.

Got another email from Virgin saying they'll be upgrading my 20Mb to 60Mb and they've not retracted it this time. They're given themselves 80 months though.

Same. Silly Branson! That'll be the last time he'll be able to use his Vtech unsupervised.
