That doesn't seem too offensive to me, but I've no love for the original. Appropriately the Farrelly brothers are directing.

Men in Black 3

I thought the second one was wank, but hopefully Josh Brolin and Tommy Lee Jones can out-act Will Smith on this one.

Time travel? Mmmmnnngh.

Might be good. I imagine they've learnt from the mistakes of the second and taken on board that Will Smith works best playing characters that are kept in the dark about certain things.

I didn't like the first one all that much, but I'm still watching this. It has everyone.

I love the first one, it's great for just a bit of mindless entertainment. I'm far too excited about the second.

The only one they're missing is Steven Seagal.

I wasn't sure what to think about the film when I read about it, but that trailer has me convinced it's probably worth a look even if prequels are usually bad.

That's interesting. I didn't even know this existed. Hopefully the series is back on track at the hand of Scott (Cameron would have been fine), it's been a mess since Aliens.

Just had to do a read-up on Prometheus, I knew it was originally meant to be a direct prequel to Alien, seems now it's going to focus on expanding the universe by delving into the Space Jockey race (if you've not read the books for their brief appearances, then it's the big dead alien in the control room of the crashed ship in the first film).

Might be good, and it's nice to have Scott back doing proper sci-fi.
