Re: Skyrim Spoilers Thread
This game is awesome and the bit where you bum the dragons is inspired.

Re: Skyrim Spoilers Thread
Memorable stuff so far:
Fell off a mountain and died.
Fell off a mountain on a horse and killed the horse. Load save game to preserve mount.
Killed by a bear when I went exploring.
Nearly killed by a frost troll who killed my horse and a passer-by. Didn't reload because I didn't want to kill the troll again.
Killed by a random Kajit as I walked up a road, he wasn't even a bandit.
Killed second dragon first time only to be exploded by a liche guarding some treasure 100m away.
Killed by second dragon twice after reload from liche death.
Killed by a swarm of bandits.
Lots of dying and it's fucking awesome!

Re: Skyrim Spoilers Thread
I'm pleased to say I'm enjoying this about as much as I hoped I would, rather than as much as I expected I would. Although actually it doesn't feel much different to Oblivion, but I'm not being affronted by all those hideous, camp NPCs. Maybe it's the fact I've spent £35 I don't have on a game I didn't think I'd like, but I'm playing it differently. I'm just doing my thing and seeing what happens, instead of worrying I'm going to miss items/monsters/experience. Currently my quest is to reach the College of Magic so I can get thaumic all my haters. However, I decided I needed a horse for that so have done some money-making missions which presented themselves. During the course of this I have advanced the main story a little by accident, since not only did I mostly ignore what people were telling me at the beginning of the game, I also accidentally sided with the Empire somehow. Since the rebels hated me and I didn't like the Empire, I decided to kill the friendly torturers on my way out. That felt good. I then gave the bloke who rescued me a big 'fuck you' and sauntered off into the sunset. So I've kind of set myself on the path of being a bit of a bastard, which is a change, and by virtue of that I've decided I want to take over the world with an undead army. So we'll see how that pans out.

Re: Skyrim Spoilers Thread
I have no real interest in playing Skyrim (as I have not played a single Elder Scrolls game despite owning Morrowind and Oblivion) but this clip was quite hilarious.
