He explains that he used to "work" in markets and the like in less reputable areas, until Haynes spotted him and suggested he got SLA Op training. Hal saw it as an opportunity for "Loads o Bunse", so lept at it. He mostly deals with financial stuff, investments and the like, but also helped his old team in getting better BPNs, publicity, that sort of thing. He's also got a good rep with the lower end of Mort society, and "getting things done". He doesnt seem to be entirely speaking the same language as you guys.

Yeah, they gave Gerald one hell of a beating - though to be fair he didn't have the same lovely armour that you currently have. Still, grenades sound good.

I was going to double check my facts on the wiki, but it's not there. From memory though wasn't there a half complete manchine that got away? If we were sworn to secrecy then pretend Dirk didn't mention the escapee - I'm sure he's got a better memory than I do.

Nah, you bagged the cyborg thing too, then blew up a Buzzard drone with a grenade. You can talk to Risikko about stuff though, it's the Karma arc that generally has to be kept schtum.

Well you remember those Chrome Warriors? Looks like they're developing a market for a reinvention of them. This is bad for everyone if it takes off - Tek Trex have been on the decline since the original Chrome era, but if they start selling black market cybernetics we could see more dangerous hardware on the streets and a real problem for the company in time. We've not seen anything yet, which makes us think you hurt their operation a lot last time, but yesterday we had a Shiver patrol report in that they saw a bunch of suits with the van we've been looking for talking to the local Johannas in Cochese sector. We knew they were around there somewhere, and we know they're trying to recoup the costs of the damage. Looks like the research has been halted and they're selling what they've got. No sign of crazy vets or Props, so you might have an easier ride on this one. Don't quote me on that though.
