Hasn't this been out for ages? Or is there something new that I don't know about?
I know they recently re-released Darwinia with a different control system, and through Steam too I believe, because it was dying on it's arse. Which is a shame 'cos it's rather different. I played the last demo and didn't really like it though, but apparently a lot of people didn't and the new demo could be a different, better version.

It was previously released, but it died on it's arse, partly because the makers are still a very small company. It's being re-released through Steam, and what with Gabe Newell raving about it, they've got a much larger potential customer base.Dog Pants wrote:Hasn't this been out for ages? I kind of hope it does well, as it has a unique look and the creators deserve a break, but I don't think it's for me.
I have more RTS games than I want already, and something about its spacky Tron-style graphics irks me, although I can't say why.
