[Grimmie]

Hello. My name is Herb.

I am blonde and blue eyed, I am five foot ten, and enjoy long strolls inside sandy tombs.
Here I am with my buddy, Guy. He tells me he's a guide, but he's a pretty bad one.

Today I enter into a world of adventure, here in Terraria.
The first port of call is collecting some resources, wood seems like a good start.
Guy gave me a copper pickaxe and a copper axe to get started with.

What the hell is this? OH GOD! It's attacking me!
I shall defend myself with use of my mighty pickaxe!

Having eaten a few hallucinogenic mushrooms to keep myself from death, I attempt to find a spot on which to build a dwelling.
Wild slimes roam the land, digesting any organic matter they touch. I hear adventurer is their favourite cuisine.

With a makeshift crafting table cobbled together with wooden planks, I quickly fashion myself a sword and fight off rampaging green slimes.
By nightfall I've built a wooden hut and protected myself from the elements. The gel from these slimes is highly flammable, and I'm able to make long-burning torches from their debris.

I am however in need of sustenance, and set out in an easterly direction to seek out more mushies.
I happen upon a cave. There are.. Clay pots inside. There appears to be money and other useful too-eaayrch!

Oh my god. I'm alive! I'm alive and I still have all my stuff!
Are.. Are those.. Zombies? OH SHIT.
I retreat to my home-base some distance away and dispatch the relentless zombies using my wooden sword.

I silence their groans and constant banging upon my door with a little solitary mining. Perhaps I can create some sort of bunker to hide within during the undead invasions?
I find a vein of silver beneath the ground, and quickly liberate it from the surrounding stone.

Daybreak. I now have the tools with which to create a furnace, and smelt this silver ore into bars. I'm still unsure of what to do with it.
Iron should be my next port of call, with which I can create some chests to store my worldly goods, and simple swords that will far outrank my wooden stick.

My house is fast becoming a home, and I acquire the iron needed for an anvil, which will allow the crafting of finer tools!
I decide to see what awaits me further east, and I'm met with the shocking sight of a sea - one that stretches on forever.

I find sand! "Sand is overpowered", so Guy tells me. I'm not sure what he means.
I smelt the sand to glass, and blow bottles from it. I can use these mushrooms and gels to create a foul tasting health potion however.
I take the clay from my dungeon and use it to craft pots, in which beautiful flowers seem to flourish.

I leave my home again to harvest additional mushrooms, and return to find a bearded man has taken up residence in my abode..
Meanwhile a horrible ghoulish eye floats above my home. I think I shall stay inside, and find the materials to make a bed.

Hey everyone. Herb here.

My next task was to make a bed, for that I need some lovely, silky cobwebs, so dungeon delving is on the cards.
I quickly get sidetracked, and find myself digging deeper and deeper, unearthing more pots and caves!

I even find this pulsating thing with a bunch of teeth sticking out. Looks kinda creepy.
Onwards towards the west, I encounter another wide body of water.

I am quickly slain by the, so Guy informs me, "eater of souls", a creature from the nearby corruption.
I resolve to make a copper helmet for myself, along with a shiny new silver broadsword to replace my iron shortsword.

It doesn't stop me from drowning.
On the way back to my house, I find a fallen star - I watched one of these spank a floating eye earlier, scoring a direct hit on it!

Finally with enough silk, I make my bed in the forge-room and call it a night.
