No parties while we're away.

We'll know, the neighbors will tell us.

I'm not going to be there, but I'll be trying to join in on some of the games over t'interweb.

I may abuse the forum, but WEY's still around for most of the weekend so we can't be too naughty.

Me. Too many dinner parties this weekend. All at the bosses house and all of which are basiclly working functions for me. Arses. But I'll be around most of Saturday and Sunday morning for an Eve-fest and some other claptrap on my second 'puter. May even play a bit of Op Flashpoint for old time's sake.

I've always thought about this. I mean they already have all those computers and networking set up...it could be super massive...if the computers could actually run anything.

And I'm not going to this LAN :(

But I am going to a Microsoft conference/lecture on Monday :) Lots of free USB pens hopefully. Anything I shoud do/abuse?

We kinda managed this at uni. Got a version of doom that had (theoretically) no upper limit on the amount of people who could join the game. It was also small enough to email to people, making it easy to spread around the network. We managed about 30-40 people in one game before the network died utterly under the strain of horribly un-optimised net-code. Of course, it was also using the original DM maps, so things had got a little crowded by that point anyway.
