City of Heroes: Still worth it?

The City of Heroes: Going Rogue pack is $10 today on Steam. It has all the CoH/CoV stuff. Do any of you guys still play it, and is it worth the money?

They fucked the economy right up a while back, and added lots of random bugs.

I'm rather surprised this isn't free-to-play yet. For me it was only ever a throwaway bit of silly fun - a great character generator but poor longevity due to the spiky difficulty curves and endlessly-recycled design.

Economy, crafting and slightly new power sets aside, the game hasn't changed at all, making it feel incredibly stale.

That said it looks very shiny now, and the character customisation is second to none.
