Nobody? Okay, I'm going to schedule it to give us a deadline. I'll do a one man wanking show if I have to!

i dont mind helping, but i have very little interesting stuff to say at the best of times.
How about putting together some sort of agenda of stuff to talk about, so that the convo keeps flowing, and allows us to do a bit of research on the subjects beforehand. That way we it at least should sound like we know a bit about what we are talking about.

Will be getting back from my work thing on Sunday, so I'll have a look at picking out some stuff we've talked about in Trev's forum then.

Doggers, do a one man show but utilise all your accents to make it appear that there are more people. I for one look forward to hearing the Latin American and Scottish guests on your show.

Cheers guys. Speaking or suggesting amusing and potentially tangent generating subjects would be useful. Since people seem reluctant to put their voice out there, shall we call this first one a test run to be laughed at by 5punkers? We can then think about showing the world if it turns out viable.

I'm happy to do it, just can't do it this Friday.

Drawing a bit of a blank on what to actually talk about though.

:above: :(

Currently not sure exactly when I could do it to be honest, but I certainly have no objection in principle.

Well how about some recent controvertial games, like Fary Cry 2 or MW2. The nostalgia corner where we talk about the likes of Cannon Fodder or Duke Nukem 3D. A few rounds of TEEF, CSS or COD4 for a bit of a gaming montage. It's not too important for a trial run, as long as it gives us chance to go on a few tangents and roll a few jokes off each other. How about Roman's Pun of the Week?

i won't join in with the podcast due to my teamspeack times being mostly 90% shouting holy shitballs and the other 10% is just inane rambling mixed in with smoking sounds, but im more than happy to help with coming up with subject matter to talk about and maybe some other sort of behind the scenes jobs if theres stuff i can do other people arent better suited too/dont have the time for (although new werks has left me with little amounts of time for games letalone planning stuffs to talk about games) but having studdied the games industry for a while i may have a few ideas about stuff to talk about or shit to add to others ideas.

oh and i dont just think my voice is annoying, i know it is

I'm convinced my voice is totally manly and incredibly sexy and don't want to find out otherwise by hearing it back.

Also I find on TS I generally don't talk much at all, yet want to too much. As my posts indicate I can ramble on about any given subject for hours, but on TS feel I should aim for brevity once I "have the stage", since unlike a face-to-face conversation it's difficult to know when others want to add something, or wish you would shut up.

This may be a problem for us, as most of the general rambling podcats I've heard involve people in the same room, but could be mitigated if we had a chairman who invited people to give their opinions in turn. Then, though it might become a bit formulaic and not very representative.

I'd favour the "see how it goes and edit it later" approach. After all, we can try as many times as we want and cobble something entertaining together afterwards.

On the mention of TeamSpak, is it just me or is TS3 a lot harder to set up so you can hear everyone easily?

I'm sure I'm probably missing something, but it's certainly not as simplistic as TS2 when it comes to the settings.
