Yeah they've left out the vehicles and extra gametypes, and then they're bound to release an expansion pack that does this later on (much like U.O.)

I don't think so, although the enemy can do it in SP I noticed so who knows....

I've seen friendlies do it as well. I tried hammering the use key while standing over a nade and that resulted in my performing an aerial splits maneuver

Nope can't do that in MP.
Now we have cookable nades on bukkake, you won't even get chance to try anyway as mine will "asplode" in your faces
