I expect we'll be making regular forays into Empire to sell our ships, so I don't expect it'll be a problem. I would also expect we'll keep some offices open there too.

Also, retraining for another race's ships isn't a big deal, especially Caldari to Gallente as they both use hybrid weapons. I went from Caldari to Minmatar without a big problem.

Hmm, I also wanted to change my character name/image aswell though. I've only had about a month and a half of eve in total anyway so it wont take me too long to get back to where i was and i could always stick stuff i want to keep in the corp hangar and get some one to keep an eye on my money while i make my new char.

That is more true than I'd like to admit, but would you also agree with me that people have the skills and even the ships in some cases, but not the isk to insure them and back-up losing them?

remove the worry about the isk factor, where's the worry? and pos it's gona have 6 medium aetillery guns as defence. because I was bored, I tested the kind of damage they do. Looking at 1K damage per gun, and the re-fire rate isn't bad.

I'm not too worried about the POS, I've heard they're more than capable of looking after themselves. The transfer is the dangerous bit though. Fair enough, once we're in 0.0 we can replace lost ships a lot faster - and god knows I'd welcome the money - but if we lose the POS parts in the move we're screwed.

I feel safer knowing that once we get a couple of jumps into 0.0 we should be okay though. We just need to take our time and plan it properly.

Whatever the turnout, my Cyclone is now at your disposal.

I propose that when we move the POS down, we go in as small a group as possible to avoid attention (dont know if this will help/ work) and in every system, the haulers get to a safe mid point, I then go check out the gate and the other side of it too, once it's confirmed as safe, the haulers move on...

repeat...

I wouldn't have it any other way

If I give you a list of system, can you go up in your covert and scan em?

ok, I was slightly unclear there, when I said I propose, I really meant I shall repeat what Hehulk had said ingame

When would you want me to scan them? (and what to scan for as I can only do types of ship and it takes about a minute and a half so can probably only do about 3 scans per probe launch... :(

All I mean is fly on down, get to something near the center of the solar system, break open the scanner, punch in a bunch of 0000 hit scan and then check through what it finds and see 1) if there's any crokite/bistot/arkanor there and 2) is there's any POSs set up with regular mining equipment IE a refining array.

POSs with reactors don't bother me as there just processing moon materials, not ore.

Once DT finishes I should be able to sell some stuff and get (at least some) of my donation in

[edit] Oh and if people can let me know when they've made a donation so I know to update the sheet I made (Got StapleBalls and Friz already)

Remind me what I've donated already?

Once I've insured and fitted the Ferox that I just couldn't resist having Fea put in the oven for me last night, I'll have a wodge of ISK left over to donate as well.

and I knicked a small amount, it's waiting on escrow for one of yers to collect. As for info here's what I know:

Poor bloke seemed on edge when I spoke to him, so it's quite possible that BOB are threatening war, however I heard on the grapvine not an hour ago that the major northern powers are weeks (possibly days) from staging an assault on fountain. Causes me problems, but it should keep BOB occupied not beating on ISS.

ISS are currently allowed access to Pure Blind, Providence, Catch, Curse, Querious and sometime soon Esoteria, Venal, Branch. We've got to pay 50 mil up front. that's our membership reginstration fee and monthly fee rolled into one. From next month onwards it drops to 25 mil per month to remaining in the ISS. that pays for supplying the ISS navy, the mining contracts ISS have with various alliances and building up a war chest in the event of war.

This won't be a problem for us, but we must put up a POS within 6 weeks of joining and finially we've got to agree to abide by the Charter. looks fine with me as it's based around keeping the ISS neutral (and indeed, is only a couple of paragraphs)

think that's it....

I hadnt seen...
In future could stuff to be refined be dumped at the moon 6 base, rather than the moon 18 one as the refining kit is much better there :)

Hmmm. The non-hostility thing might severely restrict my future career paths. I take it this means I can't go Macro hunting, and does it also mean we can't attack loot and ore thieves after RMR's flagging comes in? Should they sort out bounty hunting I assume that means we can't do that. Also, as stated above, I take it we can't exact revenge on the likes of Xeaon.

That doesn't leave many PvP options. Is there a mechanism for our combat pilots to indirectly serve the ISS Navy?

I am, as always, 100% behind the corp and if need be I'll re-train to tank for miners, but it'd be nice if we could go out and do some fleet combat ops sometimes.
