Rumours are appearing across the internet that the amount of 360's in stock in the U.K. is way below the figure they announced (which sounded low anyway).
At this rate, people who have ordered one online, are going to be waiting till February before they get it
I'm sure they will keep the Retail stores happy, and allocate almost all the stock to them, to avoid it getting out on the news.
Allthough a shortage may be exactly what they are after, and they could be holding back on stock for a few weeks ready for a mad rush at Xmas.
Who knows?
What I do know, is that I won't be rushing out to buy one anytime soon.

If you want to see some really dastardly stuff, you should read the latests news thingy on penny arcade (or it might have been ctrl alt del). Basically, he had been told, by a guy in the industry, that the american stores were having similar problems not recieving the stock they need for all the pre orders. So are the assigning them on a first come first served basis, as would seem fair?
hell no. They are giving the people who spent more on accessories the first batch.
Bastards.

I've spent the money now anyway. Wasn't worth it just for Kameo. It needed a Halo, GTA, Forza or Japanese-style RPG.
