Spec me a network cable supplier, bitches!

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

Spec me a network cable supplier, bitches!

Right, I need me some network cables. Specifically, I need to be able to make them myself so I can do them to all odd lengths. Also, it needs to be black.

So! Where can I get a big long length of black network cable, some connectors for the end and the tools to put them together?

We use http://www.lijack.co.uk/ at work, they're pretty good (for our needs anyway but we tend to order boxes of the stuff so I don't know what they're like for private peoples)

What I tend to do these days is buy long belkin cables off ebuyer, then cut them up, it's not the cheapest way to do it, but I don't have to commit to buying massive boxes of cable, and the belkin stuff is nice and high quality.

And the connectors off ebay, because they're cheap.

I bought a load from cableuniverse a while ago, got the boots, crimper etc from ebuyer and cut it and fit it myself, purple and green it was. Students make the strangest choices.
