true it was nothing like or based on the games so it sucked major.Joose wrote:True. Not only was it utter shite (I have never walked out of a cinema half way through a film, but damn I came close with this one), but it took away any enjoyment that was had from the first two films.
It wasn't just bad. I mean, it was bad, but more than that, it was boring. Normally, even with a bad film, I stay to the end just so I can rant to people afterwards about how bad it was with full knowledge of how bad it was.
With Final Fantasy, I just didnt care. At all. It was quite a wierd experience.
only film i walked out of was free willy with my dad hahaha
is it time to mention house of the dead again?NiGhtcrawler wrote:true it was nothing like or based on the games so it sucked major.

I'm quite looking forward to seeing how bad the dungeon siege film will be
If it's anything like Dungeons and Dragons I'd rather suck my own eyeballs out from the inside.spoodie wrote:is it time to mention house of the dead again?NiGhtcrawler wrote:true it was nothing like or based on the games so it sucked major.

In other news, according to Empire Halo is to be produced by Peter Jackson, so that might be quite good. No director has been named as of yet.

actually, i may have a new favourite bad film. checking the films in my local NAAFI (or spar if you prefer), i spied a film of a game that i loved, ALONE IN THE DARK.
"this is probably gonna be about as good/bad as resident evil" i thought, "i'll need some beer"
thats 93minutes of my life i will never get back. i should have seen the warning sign, and rented cowboy bebop again, but noooo!

The only time I walked out of a film was in 2003 when I went to see Camp.
It was the worst film i'd EVER seen, and I don't just mean at the cinema, i mean on TV and everywhere else.
I'd been told by my girlfriends mom (who works in the cinema) that people said it was good. I now have no faith in whatever she says.
