Wait, what?
Just for clarification, did it send BOTH emails last night, or did it just send the one to you?

Sent both of them. I'd obviously sent it to myself so I could watch it on the big screen. Silly.
Anyhow, she seems to have bought the "virus" story and deleted it straight away - although she does now want to know what the attachment was.
Still, at least I can go on the work night out tonight!

the attachment was obviously the virus, if she'd opened it, bad things happen.

Can you create files on the phone, or attach it to the PC to transfer some over?
If so, make an empty file with the name and extension of the original video (and delete the original incase someone goes through your phone), and if you get pressed, you can show how opening the file does nothing you can see. Also might need to send it to yourself and a couple of other people to back up that claim.
Make sure you cover every angle.

Well yes that's a given, but if you're doing damage limitation or lying, it's best to make it as watertight as possible.

Course, that's a really stupid idea. making your cover a day later (and with BT's excellent email system) is just too obvious.

Depends. If you get the send messages just as a standard list ordered in date but not subdivided into days (ala Outlook), you could send it to some friends who have no part of that group and just go "look it send to 3 other's as well, here, here and here", just very quickly.
Although, BT's 7 month delay does put a cropper on that.

Roman, you get my Funny cupcake vote. However, you're getting too much lady action for any one man. I suggest you siphon off your overflow to Amblin*.
