Sorted it. It seems when I have my speakers connected to my Sky AND my PS3 via a few extra phonoleads and funny adapters, thats when it happens. If I have one or hte other connected it's ok.
For the sake of having to switch the plug around I think Ill just make the effort. THanks all for your advice.
