Joose, is Lex just going to sit on the back of Alvrin's bike or actually do something?

I'm going to be nice here and expect everyone picked up their stuff from the lockers on the way out and just forgot to mention it, otherwise you're a bit unarmed. Even if you can't be arsed to rp it, just mention it in your post.

Right Jon, Firenza and Jasper and the magic shop -

A couple of minutes along the i5 and you're in Eastside. Again the area around the interstate is bright lights and convenience stores, but as you pass through these you're back in small houses spilt up by huge warehouses, shopping malls and the occasional skyscraper.

The shop is located at the edge of the Eastside housing and shopping complexes. It's well away from any other shop, quite run down and scruffy like the warehouses and derelict housing surrounding it.

The shop is an old brownstone multi-storied thing surrounded by buildings made from far more modern materials, some of them tower above the shop, some are single storey low slung pre-fab things. It should have been knocked down a long time ago.

It has no windows or sign, the only reason right now as to how you know you're at the right place is Anytime's coordinates. The front door looks more like a normal heavy wooden front door, it has a small thick glass pane at eye height, it's grimy and covered in dust.

Im going to head for the nearest sewer entrance, see if I can make my way into the warehouse underground. More my style.

The nearest entrance is a small drop hatch in the road just by the main factory entrance. From past experience you know these pipes often thin to a squeezing through shit size of a couple feet across.

Slightly further away and off the road to the other side of the factory is a drainage culvert of the main sewer system. Again from past experience you know there's a lot more room, but maybe there's something living in there unless the sewer is maintained properly.

I'll go for the option with less shit involved. Things living in the sewer I can deal with, being covered in poo less so.

Joose - As you approach the culvert you can see that the inspection grille is fairly new, more likely there's nothing living behind it but it's going to take a bit longer to bypass.

There's some chalk marks on the wall next to the bars and a thin trickle of horrible smelling liquid dribbles down the shallow concrete slope below the grille. Thick moss clings to the cracked concrete along the edge of the stream, a small pile of detritus gathered at the bottom of the slope, old car parts, mattresses and some beer cans spinning in an eddy. Looks like this culvert hasn't been inundated with water for quite some time.

Deject - The two in the smoking area have finished and they amble back inside. A window opens below you as the sun beats down onto the flat tarred roof you're on. The mid day heat beats down and the air-con wails gently as it struggles to cool the rooms below. You can hear faint voices but can't pick up what they're saying.

Across the yard there's still plenty of drones buzzing around with pallets, The occasional person emerges outside the doors but most of them stay inside the air con gloom of the factory.

At the magic shop, Firenza will knock on the door with her staff.

After a couple of minutes the door swings back revealing a small entrance hall in front. It's other door is a heavy steel door, turning the entrance into a cage. There's a camera mounted above the door and you hear it whirr as it focusses on you standing outside the building. You hear crackle and a faint tinny voice calls out;
Well come on then, don't be standing in the street all day letting the dust in!

Is the inspection grille in shadow, or direct sunlight?

Alvrin will wait for the voices to stop and/or for them to leave, then attempt to get in through the window.

No she doesn't. Pay attention, there's a cage you've got to all get in first.
