Fix for Startup Crash

Some people (myself included) have been having issues with Q4 crashing on startup.

It appears to be a creative driver issue somewhere.

Downloading This worked for me, so i suggest you give it a go

I'd already gone through all the steps to get FEAR running, and Q4 worked fine stright away.

Steps for FEAR were:
- Uninstalling ACE Mega Codecs Pack
- Uninstalling updated SoundBlaster drivers
- Disabling any virtual-CD software
- Installing WMFADist.exe off the CD
- Removing the cthelper process
- Turning off EAX
- CIIJASIIE

Oddly enough, fear worked fine for me, but quake was being crappy
