Supposedly it's sith ifricin setting is used to provide a message about apartheid and the continued inequality and lack of progress etc. I'm hoping there's also some lasers and shizzle in this to spice up any political undertones. Otherwise it might get a bit dry despite the apparent excellent CGI.

After watching <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNReejO7Zu8">Alive in Joburg</a> I did wonder if Blomkamp would get it made into a full feature.
Which is especially welcome since Jackson and Blomkamp screwed up the, now nerver-to-be-made Halo movie.
