Next Ghibli is coming out on August 14th. Ponyo on the Cliff.

Always worth getting these films, even just for the animation.

Oh no, it's being distributed by Disney. They're bound to add buckets of twee with the English dubbing.

I hope it has an ugly old woman, with a big head, that does magic.

Just saw this! Simple story like My neighbor Totoro yet very beautiful. I watched with English subtitles... obviously a bit of a hack job as the translation was really poor. Having seen it, I think the people they cast for the English dubbing sound really good and I can't wait to see that too

Oh and the Ponyo song is cute
