Obviously I'm approaching this with very little real insight, as usual, but my immediate thought is: faaabulous suckage

I can still play it, but I'd rather have played it on the 360. I understand it'll appear on other platforms later.

My main concern is that Sony have to port the game to their convoluted platform in around month. :?

PC Zone and PC Gamer are both reporting on Ghostbusters this month. They might be slightly behind the times, but it seems odd that they'd scrap a playable, almost finished PC version just so they can have a PS3 exclusive. I suspect maybe a staggered release. At any rate, I've always been sceptical that they'll make this a good game. We've all been bitten too many times by hype. I'm not convinced it'd be a huge loss.

9 days to go :)

Also, this comes out in the US for the PC, same time as the PS3.

And is apparently region free, according to PC Gamer...

I think I'll hold on and sweep/test both arma2 and opflash2 before buying. Unless any fancy editions look mint.

Yes, I'll be aquiring Ghostbusters then from the US if they don't release a European version.

Which is fucking stupid imo, as it'll get pirated to fuck for the EU market if they don't release it all at the same time.

I'm putting my cards on the table now to say that, despite my love of the franchise and my faith that Aykroyd and Ramis can create a good script, I think there's a high probability that the game will be crap. I hope I'm wrong, but it'll be bucking the trend of primary console developed titles if it does.
