I suppose that we should probably ask around and see if any of them knew Ordley.

Well if no one else is going to...

Kt'rr strides purposefully into a reasonably easy to see space, as central as possible without having to fight his way through or anything like that. He spreads his arms wide, making that pose that some public speakers take that looks a little like the Y from the YMCA dance.
Kt'rr, loud even for him wrote:RESIDENTS OF RUST ALLEY! HEAR ME! My colleagues and I are searching for information on individuals that have had recent interactions with a human named Ordley! They are armed, possibly with equipment stolen from Shivers, and are known to wear large heavy coats and face coverings. Any of you who come forward with information that leads us to them will receive an appropriate financial reward, and my personal guarantee that we shall do you no harm.
He thinks for a second, then continues.
Those of you unable to come forward due to lack of limbs may attract our attention in some other way, and we shall come to you.
Diplomacy: 8,9,+4 = 21

He's also going to keep any eye out whilst talking, for anyone who reacts to this in a particularly shifty manner.

Detect: 10,2,+4 = 16

Most are just watching with interest. One or two look at you like you just shit on their breakfast. One is laughing so hard he goes into a coughing fit.

Kt'rr, looking sincere wrote:I am glad to have lightened your day. Maybe you could help us? The individuals we are looking for may have come from here, there is suspicion that they may be Chrome Warriors. Maybe you have noticed some of your neighbours acting unusually? Or maybe there is someone here you could direct me to that may know more?

Grimmie saddles up next to Kt'rr and gives a smile, yanking something chunky off one of the many magholds dotted across his armour.

The Vet whistles, impressed.

Vet wrote:You guys really know how to treat a girl. Well I'm not sure who it is you're after, but I reckon it's no coincidence you're here. For a few weeks now there's been these suits showing up, talking to some of the guys. They were trying not to look like suits, but a suit is a suit, right? So these suits have been asking the boys allsorts of questions about their implants - type, functionality, age, serviceability. Then when they get bored of that they have a quiet word with a couple and cart them off. Some of the guys nearby say they've been offered 'salvation', like a rework of their implants. Make them the guy they used to be. Me, I'd be pretty fucking suspicious about it, but whatever they're doing can't be worse than festering here. Some of the guys they took were in a real bad way. Shit, if they have got them running again I hope you guys are polite.

I'll go see if I can find a good hiding spot. Should we confront the suits or just stalk them?

Well I guess no one has an opinion, so as I prefer the subtle approach, I will find a good hiding spot.

There's no bins big enough, but you do find a nice pile of rusty junk that gives you good visibility of most of the tunnel.

I am always cautious, so I say stalk. (sorry been afk for a bit.)

I shall find a place to hide as well...
