Our pos has lots of jam making modules as well as guns that are actually loaded, it'd be quite annoying and tiresome to attack :)

I ran out of ammo eventually and just used nos on the (harmless) guns because of the pretty new graphical effect

I feel I'm being a bit contrary cancelling my WoW subscription and starting Eve again, but I'm enjoying it a lot at the moment. Certainly a lot more than I did last time. It seems to make more sense and there's some obvious improvements.

I joined the Consolevania corp (no offence 5punkers) as they're 90% noobs, just like me. It's more reassuring, and perhaps more importantly useful, to see questions being answered in chat that not only make sense to me, but also help me. Although I'm not yet convinced this corp has legs or the members are my kind of people, so I may desert when I'm more familiar with the game.

You should join the x-5punkers channel, I've seen you on eve (according to xfire) a few times but not in the channel. Nearly everyone in the channel isn't actually in 5punkorp these days anyway

If you're more comfortable with noobs then you should just stay in your noob corp, as there's usually people around x-5punkers who can help you and other corps don't declare war on noob corps.

I'm curious, why are people putting POS up in wormhole space? Just as a safe spot? I understood moon minerals were not seeded.

Primarily just a safe spot with ship/module/loot storage, but we have a couple of pos modules for reacting and refining stuff we manage to acquire (we sucked up some sort of gas a few days ago from a neighbouring wormhole and made polymers from it. I dont know what any of this stuff means but I got 100m for doing my tiny bit of work)

My question is that if you put it up in WH space, how the hell do you find it again? I mean holes close and open all day, to my best knowledge you'd have to look for days to just find the part of space it's in...

Just have at least one person in the system at all times, they then probe down wormholes in the system and tell everyone where to go to get back to the wormhole system.

Thats all there is to it really. There's one or two guys who are always in there, and they can scan new wormholes from inside and tell people where the new entrances are

Logged in for the first time in months for a proper go again tonight. Hopped in a remote rep mega, joined gang, went 5 jumps, got owned, went carebearing instead. Found a hole of worms, 8 of us killed two of the 10 anobalies in there, came out with about 385mill each once we'd sold it all in Jita. I donated my isk to Save the Worms Foundation. Was fun, will come again.

My corp just moved to a c4 wormhole last night. I think we accidentally left one or two people behind who had been logged off at the pos, we left a small secure can with bookmarks, but those wormholes wont last forever. Now we have a giant faction pos and a wormhole with all sorts of shiny things to play with

Somone told me the devs are removing the option to put POS's up in WHS sometime in the future?
