Have some more stuff.
Finally bought one of These as a spice grinder, works well. (can be had much cheaper elsewhere, but amazon is easy)
Also, I've been using This thermometer for about 8 months, it's response is a little slow, but it has presets for various meats, so you don't have to fuck about so much, just select the doneness you want for your meat and wait (the probe is oven safe) Really good for roasts and and stuff (though I'm slightly wary that it'll missread in a very hot environment) mostly seems to be fine, but not always.
Still, I really strongly recommend spending a fiver on a cheapy Probe Thermometer, as it takes all the guesswork out of cooking meat, which makes life so much easier if you're learning to food.

Stuff I really like atm:
Bigass cast iron skillet, cost about a fiver, so heavily seasoned it may as well be non stick.

Universal lid, Goes on my skillet and frying pan should they need a lid.

Steamer basket, does the job, cost a fiver.

Masterclass cookware, available all over the place, not super cheap, but non stick and decent heavy steel, the smaller one is a brownie pan, costs something like £7-8 if you shop around. Generally fits enough meat in to feed 1-2.
